🔁1. Right of Return
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item has not been opened or used. We value every customer and always strive to find an individual solution in case of dissatisfaction with our products.
📦2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:- The product has not been opened, used, or damaged;- The original packaging is intact;- The return is requested within 14 calendar days of receipt;- Proof of purchase is provided (order number or email).
❌3. Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:- The product has been used (due to hygiene reasons);- More than 14 days have passed since delivery;- The packaging is damaged and the item cannot be resold.
📮4. Responsibility for Shipping Address
Please make sure to enter your delivery address correctly when placing your order. DermaNewHair is not responsible for lost or returned parcels due to:
- Errors or typos in the shipping address provided by the customer;
- Absence of the recipient at the address;
- Failure to collect the parcel from the post office or pickup point on time.
If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
💸5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item:- A full refund will be issued if the product is unopened and in its original condition;- A partial refund may be issued if the product has been partially used and the customer is reasonably dissatisfied (subject to our discretion);- Shipping and return costs are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or an error occurred on our side. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

1. Email us at info@dermanewhair.com with the subject "Return Request #[Your Order Number]";
2. State your reason for return and attach a photo of the product (if it has been opened);
3. Wait for our instructions and return address;
4. Send the product back to us;
5. Once received and checked, we will confirm the return and initiate your refund.
